The adventures

An escape game is a team adventure game where the goal is to complete a mission and/or escape from the place where you are locked in. To do so, you’ll need to solve a series of puzzles across several closed spaces.

Our adventures adapt to all levels. Beginner teams get more guidance along the way, while expert teams play more independently and will find original challenges. If you’re new to escape games, we recommend starting with our adventure "Fairytale Regulations".

Our adventures are not dangerous as long as you follow the safety instructions given by your game master at the start of the game. Some moments may surprise you, but they are not frightening.

The adventure lasts 1h30 on average. Allow about 1h45 on site in total, including the debriefing.

Our adventures "Fairytale Regulations" and "The Fantastic Warehouse" are available in English. You choose the language when you book. Bookings in English must be made at least 48 hours before the session.
Our adventure "Pandore Kids: Guardians of Tales" is only available in French.

Our venue is perfectly suited to team building. Our special team building adventure "Tales in Peril" can host up to 36 people at the same time. Absolutely, our entire venue is air-conditioned. The Warehouse stays a cool haven whatever the temperature outside.
The players

The adventure "Guardians of Tales", available on Wednesdays only, takes place in the sets of "Fairytale Regulations" and is designed for children aged 5 to 10.
"Fairytale Regulations" is open to players aged 8 and up, and "The Fantastic Warehouse" to players aged 12 and up.
For safety and practical reasons, children under 14 must be accompanied by at least 2 adults. -
You can absolutely come as a team of 2 for both our adventures, "Fairytale Regulations" and "The Fantastic Warehouse". However, some mechanisms can be complex, and the adventure is more difficult with only 2 players.

For the best experience, we recommend teams of 3 to 5 players. Teams of 6 are still possible for "Fairytale Regulations". "The Fantastic Warehouse" is not open to teams of more than 5 players.

“Fairytale Regulations” is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, limited to one person per team due to space constraints. Please let the team know in advance by adding a comment to your booking. For any other disability, feel free to call us before your visit to check whether the adventure is suitable. "The Fantastic Warehouse" is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. -
We advise pregnant people against taking part. Elements to climb on, some special effects (smoke) and surprise effects could make you uncomfortable or prevent you from fully enjoying the experience. If you still wish to play, please mention it in a comment on your booking.

Both our adventures include explosions, special effects and loud sounds that may affect people with epilepsy.

Bookings can only be made on our website. If you need help before the payment step, give us a call and we’ll guide you.

No refund or credit can be given if you cancel your session. However, you can reschedule your session free of charge up to 7 days before the original booking date. After that, a €30 rescheduling fee will be charged on the day of your visit. No cancellation or rescheduling is possible on the day of your session.

If one of the participants can no longer come, you can invite someone else to join your team, as tickets are not tied to a name. However, no refund or credit can be given for the missing player.

The doors of our warehouse open at the exact time of your booking. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may shorten your adventure. If you are 15 minutes late or more, we cannot guarantee that your session will go ahead.

Payment with the Pass Culture is possible. To do so, first pay for your tickets on the Pass Culture website. Once you have your code(s), simply book on our website and select Pass Culture as the payment method. You can pay the balance by card. Please note that you can book up to 2 tickets per Pass Culture.
Gift cards

Pandore & Associés offers gift cards matching session prices depending on the number of players (from €135 to €175). Gift cards can be purchased directly on our website, in the gift cards section.

To use your gift card, you need to book on our website. After filling in your details, at the bottom of the booking form, simply enter your gift card number in the field provided.
